Description
Playing with light and shadow, also using a more organic background and I'm learning more about drawing trees and mountains.Water is a pain in the ass.
Oh yeah, its some gts too, so there's that. I'm still trying to work on the scale and perspective to emphasize that.

Really reminds me of the two main characters from my BFG story.

I know this is years old by this point, but even back then I think your sense of scale in the background was really good. The figures are also good but you can tell you've improved in this area too.

Her right ankle looks...weird. But other than that, I can truly imagine a hot giant chick staring down at me at the beach. Instant boner.

Yeah, that whole foot is weird. I think I need to revisit this idea.

"So there I was, in the mountains, my right ski had broken and I was fighting a bear with the left one. The bear had a half empty bottle of something, so I can only assume he was drunk and it was 16 degrees below 0 ... "
"Fascinating!"

I really like the composition of this shot. The layering and the position of the giantess is a great addition to the scene. I would like to know if it would be alright with you if I can make a giantess request from you? Thank you for the consideration.

Heh. Yeah, I think the lady's size is pretty well evident.... Nice work on the landscape, there. Very nice work...

Well, size and scale with the intent of keeping everything in proportion with each other.
And thanks!

You seemed to have handled the scale and proportion quite nicely.

I'm still trying to find the right balance, I've got some ideas for the character too.

How are you so good at shading? You're one of the best shaders I've seen on the site!
I'm a big fan of GTS (gah, the unintentional pun! I am ashamed.) and I quite like your approach to this; the way she's playing with the water via her foot is really cute.
Are those watercolors on the water? It looks a bit like it. Quite pretty, too.
Those mountains and trees look painted in; it's all very nice to look at!
Girls do indeed dig the cast. Wonder how that guy got it?

Fah, you flatter me too much good sir. I still have a lot to learn and I'm nowhere near satisfied with the background, but I'm learning.
Its all photoshop, but I was trying for a watercolor effect for the piece, so it seems I was somewhat successful.
Cute is what I'm going for with these, too often writers and artists like to tackle GTS like a revenge or monster story, while its not a bad or an incorrect interpretation, I don't think there's enough of them just acting like people, normal girls trying to live as normal as a life as they can. I'm probably over thinking this.
I figure the cast was either a snowboarding or surfing accident

If that is the start of you using organic backgrounds it looks very promising.

Well, its not the first time ever that I've done mountains or trees, but its probably the fastest. Water is still one of the hardest things ever to for me.
