Can someone please explain me the joke ? I'm not a big fan and only watched the movies years ago...

Well, the title "Fake Latin" is just poking fun at the vague Latin sounding magic words they use in Harry Potter.
The actual comic is a joke about how adults vs minors are portrayed when it comes to material like this. The person who requested it suggested Fred and George be the ones who "enhanced" her. Hermoine would also normally be underage during most of HP, so in order for her to be 18 she'd have to be in (or after) the final book/movie in the series. Of course, one of the Weasley twins does not survive the events of that one, and would thus be dead at that point in time. Therefor he simply drops dead as they come to realize the paradox they are in.

So Engorgio not only augments the target's 'attributes,' but boosts its caster's rate of aging (or probability of spontaneous existence failure)? As hexes go, this one might need a bit more time on the drawing board....or more field-testing with as many Malfoys as can be spared (e.g. all of 'em).
Anyhow, besides the main event(s) I'm most impressed by your consistent knack for faces. The surviving Weasley's reaction panel at the end is a real corker.

...weird. I stopped reading in the middle of the fourth book, but I still find it surprising hearing this stirs up absolutely no emotions inside me.
