Namely, that the Armstrong chest prevents them from closing up their jackets completely. At last, Olivia has a bustline to exceed her brothers; SUCH IS THE NATURAL ORDER RESTORED. And even that giant button couldn't save her jacket; it did a valiant job and shall be given full Briggs honors.
I do love seeing stuff of Olivia; she deserves a bigger fanbase. (I'm tempted to make a joke about 'she needs one that matches her bustline'.)
I'd make a joke about "THIS BUSTLINE HAS BEEN PASSED DOWN THE ARMSTRONG LINE FOR GENERATIONS" but you already made it for me. Now I'm wondering; on which side does the busty flow: the tall side or the broad side?

I think it might have more to do with how late she shows up in general, rather than not being in the first anime. I've never met anyone who prefers the 1st anime to Brotherhood. Everyone I know also loves Olivia, but she's not really going to eclipse characters like Lust or Winry with this kind of art, especially in a series dominated by female fans.Ā
