So, The Allspark Almanac Vol. II gave us a lot of great character designs, some of which we only got brief glimpses of in the show, while others didn't even show up at all. But many of these characters lacked alt. mode designs. That's where Project Alt. Mode comes in. Alt. modes for the alt. mode-less!Decepticon scientist Scalpel, as a handheld dissecting laser.

Funny, that actually seems pretty fitting! I can see an Animated version of Flatline from Tales of the Fallen using Scalpel to distect Autobot prisoners. Great Job on this one. Im guessing that this is the last one.

Well, there are a couple of other brief character profiles in the book without Alt. mode art, but this does complete the main profile section.
