Every once and a while Victoria likes to turn the gem on her braceletto "Fat" and pull on a workout outfit. She HATES workouts, but she
LOVES the outfit! And then she likes to visit all the fastfood restaurants
in town. Her workout outfit is VERY tight and revealing and doesn't cover
much of her body. That's why there are so many people who can't stop
staring when she walks by. And that's exactly what she likes so much!

Nope, she only has made one bracelet for herself.
Victoria is very smart and knows a lot about stuff

Imagine if she came up with a new invention what is a ring or necklace and it works with her bracelet. It can transfer weight between her and the other person wearing that second device

Well she already knows how to make a bracelet that can work for her so it should take her less time to make than the first bracelet. Also who is to say that the second one will be as good quality as her first one? Victoria could have made several shortcuts to make a new bracelet that may occasionally malfunction. Be funny if she gave that one to kelly

You know, Victoria's arm looks really small here, especially with those tree trunk legs and massive rear! One thing that doesn't appear to be any fatter here is her tail. Can she control where her fat gets distributed?

Not yet, but she's working on an upgrade for her bracelet.
It is very difficult to make one. Even a genius like Victoria
needs about 2 months to complete the technical drawings
for such a tiny device. And assembling does also take a lot
months to complete. I think you can now understand why
she isn't making one for Valeria, Kelly, Kylie or anyone else.
That would take years to complete!

I wouldn't worry too much about Kelly and Kylie. Kelly (despite being obese) has shown that she's at least capable of losing enough weight to remain comfortably mobile, and Kylie seems to have plateaued in her gaining. I think Valeria, on the other hand, is in serious need of some slimming technology. Last time we saw her she looked about 600 pounds!

I'm glad she hasn't let becoming monstrously obese get her down, but I don't think even she can deny the effects it's been having on her life; The increasingly gigantic clothes, the constant snacking and untidiness, the speech impediment, and being, well... hideous. But hey, if she's still able to function, I guess she's not complaining.
