This is a painting of a chimp at washington zoo...um...I actually can't remember if I took the reference photo for this or not. Uhh...damn. There were two similar ones, and I forget which was from a photo of mine and which...uhh, I think I got it off the internet. Anyway, I haven't actually attempted to sell this or anything, and I wont, but if there's some washington zookeeper out there who recognises this, send me a message and I'll tell the world who you are.

The painting itself is a couple years old as well...I'm just kind of going through and updating most of my old stuff that I don't absolutely hate right now. See, I went through a period of not really being able to paint anything I actually wanted to paint (also known as art college), or at least not painting anything I really think is worth putting up here. I'm back to doing new work now, but it's gonna be a while before any of the paintings make it up...mmyep.
