Entry for the Show Your Pride contest on Furaffinity!While Pride month is about having pride in your identity, it's also a time to remember what it took to get here. Never forget, the first Pride was a riot.

Okay first off this is quite interesting. Overall the image is done quite well, and it does portray the mood effectively. The pose of the character has been done effectively, and with no immediately apparent errors, and the expression on Flame is also done well! The anatomy is actually pretty spot on, which is really nice. Never really seen someone pull off a figure of that nature on a character quite so well, and the hard shading of what's on the body (very realistically and appropriately placed as well) over the softer more blurred out shading of the flag pole and the hand that's holding it does give a nice depth to it. One thing that I have to point out that's really well done is the smoke. That is honestly a really hard thing to nail and you got it actually photo-realistic, so really fine job there. Not really going to make any comments on the meaning of the subject matter itself because that would open for bias, but I can say overall you did a spot on job. Love it! It also looks really nice in your style.

Dude, this lookes awesome!! I adore how you draw and shade the fur tufts on your characters, and the lighting/atmosphere in this piece really brings it out.
