Welcome to Amber Ridge Ranch located in beautiful sunny Sunburst, MT. We specialize in breeding Nordanners, FionnBharrs and American Akhal Thoroughbreds . We compete in NRHA (National Reining Horse Association), NRCHA (National Reined Cowhorse Association), EXCA (Extreme Cowboy Association) and CMSA (Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association) competitions state and nation wide with our stallions and mares. At these events we compete in a variety of competitions including Halter, English Pleasure, Western Pleasure, Trail, Reining, Roping, Cutting, Reined Cow Horse, Cowboy Challenges, Mounted Shooting, Dressage, Hunter/Jumper, Horsemanship and Showmanship. Our goal is to better the Nordanner breed. We breed for Excellent Minds, Perfect Conformation, Great Feet and Beautiful Coloration. Our breeding program consists of some of the finest Nordanner working horse bloodlines in the industry. It's plain and simple, our horses are bred to work, have the conformation to show halter and the minds and athleticism to excel in any event their owners wish to compete in.
