To answer your question, she (Saber) gets captured by Caster [more accurately, Caster becomes her Master thanks to the Rule Breaker, a Noble Phantasm].
However, Saber refuses to obey Casters commands, so Caster attempts to break Saber this way.

Well, I assume that some people regard it as a fanservice moment (Saber in a pretty dress and garters), although from an in-story perspective Caster is basically torturing her to try to get her to submit to her will.
