This was barely a request. They just wanted it t be hospital themed. I guess it sort of ended up disease themed but... Whatever. I imagine this is what a gender changing disease would be like. Not pleasant in the slightest. I mean it's a pretty big bodily change to be 'easy'. I generally pic images without text or occasionally cover it up but the translation here was pretty great so I left it in. Apparently it means: 'Don't you think its already too late for your dick?" I like this a lot. It's better than all of the ones I see that seem to disregard things like reproduction of cells, yet try to use science to explain it still (Seriously, those people should just say "magic", make it easier). I imagine this would be hell to deal with though.

Glad you think so. The intent was to explore what an actual TG transformation would be like. To be fair I have my own 'shitty science' caps like most cappers out there. The entire TGun series is nonsensical in how it operates. Its more convenient to have an easy 'now you're a woman move on with the story please' sort of change than one that actually needs explanation.

Yeah, for a short story it works, but it really gets on my nerves when they not only use science, but try to explain it with a 1st grade understanding of science. Examples I noticed in some stories are ignoring things like organs, bones, flesh, and treating the body like its just a pile of blood inside a human shell.

Indeed, still it would be better than some other improbable killer disease. Although I'm sure some people would suffer mental breakdowns as well.
