Haha, this is incredibly adorable. I guess that's what cats' heaven looks like. Amazing and wonderful drawing, for some reason it also makes me a bit sad or nostalgic, because it reminds me of my cats who are long gone. :'3 (The cats in the picture don't look like them, but still, I can't help it). This looks cat heaven!  I love the fish detail with their subtle scale work and the clouds almost look like sea waves as well, really adding to the effect.  I love how happy all the cats are too!  This is awesome!
