Haha well his real job is unofficial president of the United States, commander in chief, etc. etc. since he's basically brainwashing and possessing powerful officials whenever he finds it convenient to get what he wants, and therefore he has access to the entire Treasury (and through mind fudging makes sure no one realizes anything's missing).
But usually he finds the chores that come with Prez really boring, so he only steps up when there's something he really wants.
