Vision-I really like the theme of this piece. I like how I can almost relate to the woman (because everybody's life is shitty at some point), but at the same time, I'm wondering what her story is. Also, loved the pun in the title. Shit. Because she's on a toilet. Ha ha.
Originality-I can't really say this is something I've never seen before, but every thing's been done before, and you don't neccessarly have to do something totally new to be original. I think this has the capacity for a lot more personal style, but I can't call it unoriginal. It's not completely unique, but it has originality.
Technique-This is really well done. The lighting is great, and the model's make up and clothing (or, I guess, lack thereof) fits very well with the theme of the piece. Impact-This really got my attention, and it stuck with me. It made me want to check out more of your work, so I'd say you've done well in the impact department.

I like the basic concept. Smokin on the pot linked too "life is shit". However, I am not sure what the story is .... is it her 1st night as a bride and she has to secretly smoke ... or is it the not so nice and small b-room she has to do her business in ... some clue would have been nice.
Her pose is very unnatural (perhaps this was the idea). Her knees should also be further apart - more natural and still without showing her crotch.
The background is very clattered. The shelf is very distracting and so are the pipes. The white boxy thing in front of her is also distracting.
I further think a lower or much higher (from a ladder) angle could have worked better.
Perhaps this shot in a nice big open bathroom with a natural pose and her smoking (not lighting the smoke) and an expression of frustration or despare on her face could work well with the same title.
I do hope you will give it another go ...
