I do love this image. I think it is beautiful. HOWEVER. I think if you had chosen a better subject it would have been stunning. I know it's going to have an equal impact anyway, because most people look at it and don't see the flaws, but they need to. Now, I still love the photo and if this is exactly how you wanted it then by all means ignore me. But the issues I have with it are in how realistic, or how honest the portrayal is; it simply isn't an average example and that bothers me because people look to images like this one and don't understand that this isn't what this piercing or this body part should look like.
The coloring, the focus, the light, the details; they're all stunning.
Because of the weight and shape, you can see that this is a woman. However the nipple is too small. I know some women have smaller nipples but this is very unusual for an unaltered one. The piercing is also using incorrect jewelry, as you can see by the migration patterns and sagging. The last issue I have is with the way she is positioned. Anytime you lift your arm up in this manner, it's going to give off a different weight and position for the breast, as you can see. It makes the breast look altered once again.
For how incredible the skill is, and how apparent it is that you can beautifully display a natural body, all of these things give off a very fake portrayal of a woman's figure and it disappoints me.

I love this picture!
It has a cool atmosphere, a little "danger" with the piercing, and the thread of hair through the nipple ring is the cherry on top of the beautiful cake.
