Yeah, This is what happens when Baby-Fier gets ahold of Splinter-Cell...things did not go well. I know when Experiments get hit by Baby-fier they look different than this, but they look ugly to me the way they drew it DX He looks cute to me here, and its kinda funny, seeing as though Cell is all serious all the time and angry, but at this point he was just TICKED. It was hilarious to me, so *pfft*Splinter Cell in Grown and Pup Forms (c) me
