not the most interesting page in the world but I fits the most with what I was going for. If I did this as a single panel on a whole page it wouldn't feel as serious as one big panel of impending doom

setting up the what's going to happen after this. pages 16 and 17 will cover the actual capture part and 18 - 30 should go over injections and why the testing of gulls is a thing (also teofila is gunna come in ahh)
