Done using assorted colors of galvanized wire or something and some tin from what i think was an apple juice can (the scraps from my halberier sculpture).

Did this one a while back and forgot to add it in to the list. I have to appologize for the poor quality of the pictures i took, its hanging off my desk, I just couldnt get anything better. The silver character is kneeling over the edge of the metal plate holding the jet-black character. I really like how this sculpture encorporates a surface's edge. It gives more life and less feeling of a display than a regular sculpture. it looks great off my top shelf where the background is the ceiling.

I had this image in my mind a long time ago, I'm sure you all have at some time. You must have seen it in a movie along the way if not... Hero rescues super-villain from certain death, bla bla bla.

But thats not really what I was trying to show here. If you could just try to forget everything to do with good and evil. This image came in to my mind when I was first studying the Seven Limbs of Enlightenment [Buddhist teachings]. This one is Compassion. So the figure below is in a state of suffering (hence the jet-black and hanging position) and our silver figure is showing compassion by holding the hand of the sufferer to help lift him to a state of nirvana. And if it wasnt obvious enough there is what is supposed to be gold vapor coming off the arm to show the power of compassion.
