My first Quicksand commission, and the first mud art you'll see on my gallery! I randomly thought about this a while back and because of that, I've wanted the idea to come to life. I'm pretty sure you've seen the movie Madagascar at least once in your life, right? If that's the case, have you ever wondered if there were any quicksand pits on the island? Welp, this will be your answer to all your questions! A story based on the art may be coming out soon sometime in January or February 2024, so stay tuned for that!

So the story takes place after the events of the first Madagascar movie, around one to two months later. Although he's been trying to adjust to his new life, Alex was still feeling somewhat sad about biting Marty's butt because he thought his friend was steak and he was still missing his home at the zoo. Not wanting to go crazy again, he decides to go find food.

Unfortunately for him, Alex ended up getting lost in the deepest part of the jungle. He was lost.

"Ugh, I'm so hungry and I don't know what I want to eat... I wonder if there are any bugs around here, maybe some grubs." Alex said to himself as he rubbed his belly.

While he was distracted, he unknowingly stepped on something wet and mushy. Alex looked down and it turned out to be something he had never seen before in his life.

"Damn, what the hell is this? Good thing we never had this back in New York 'cause this is so strange!" Said Alex.

He tries to back away, but he slips and falls into the quicksand. Alex disappeared for a few seconds as he was now under the quicksand, while bubbles were forming. Just then, he rose to the surface and was gasping for air. It was at this very moment that Alex learned he was now in a pit of jungle quicksand. This was surely one unexpected sink.
