So I have had people ask how I make my work look so close to the original. This isn't really a colour tutorial, but it is just a showcase of how to scale a picture.

I use horizontal lines down the picture, replicate them and that gives me a guide of scale to get it so close to the original it helps your from overextending lines etc. I know some people who use vertical lines as well like a grid.

Personally just use straight lines to help when I want to reimagine a picture.
