Art, unless HQ, will mostly be considered as an add-on in mixed payment, I am unlikely to accept art only offers. You can still try but please don't be offended if I reject art offers, they don't pay my bills.
Please offer characters only if you're fine with them being heavily redesigned and used in published novels or in my arpg group (The-Fading-Realms ) as species, NPCs, and if you are fine with me passing them onto someone else at some point as a result of an arpg encounter.

Owners receive unwatermarked file and a transparent background file of their creature as well.

Some quick rules for buyers:
Payment - within 48 hours from me accepting the offer, via dA points or USD via PayPal (with an invoice) (If art is offered as a part of payment, don't worry, you don't need to complete it that quick. However the adopt will remain on hold for you until all parts of payment are complete.)
Ownership - you can do whatever you want with these, change and develop the concept further however you want.
Data privacy clause - The e-mail address you share with me for the sake of concluding the transaction via PayPal will be used only to send you the invoice for your adoptable and then - if you let me know beforehand that you prefer that over the sta.sh link - to send you the files of your adoptable. I will never use your e-mail address for any other purposes or disclose it to any third party other than PayPal.
