History: He lived with his brother and sister (neither of which will appear at anytime, but he might occasionally talk about) before the RouletteCity competition. He hated the living conditions and his sister made his life hell, so he left. Him and Meagan attended the same high school, which is how they met. At high school, Chip had a slightly bad reputation, because he often skipped, smoked, and didn't pay attention in class.

Personality: Chip is the most tolerant person you will ever meet. He can sit through hours of annoyances and not say a word. He prefers to save his words for necessary interactions or important situations. He is clever and bright despite him being half-asleep all the time.

Abilities: Chip is a regular human. The only thing magical about him is that he can see with his eyes closed.

Fighting style/Weapons: Chip has accepted that Meagan is the heavy weight in their group, and thus will probably do most of the intense fighting. So he would rather sleep/daydream till needed, or figure out a creative solution to end the fight. In the case that Meagan cannot fight or Chip is needed, he will uses his odd ass machette to fight, block, or stall. Chip is fast and evasive. If he has lost his machette, he will go on the defensive and think of a different way to win the fight other than hand to hand fighting.

Down fall/weakness: He's small. If Meagan is in grave danger, he acts very rash and doesn't think as much as he should, even if he doesn't have his machette.

Random facts: Chip smokes. He will also drink, if he can get a hold of a beer. If he really doesn't want to bother talking with someone, he will speak rapid confusing spanish and act like he doesn't know english. He has a hard time sleeping which is why he is always daydreaming and has his eyes closed. When his eyes are open he is listening carefully or thinks something is a very serious situation, like explaining something that he is concerned about to Meagan. He dresses like a punk, but doesn't realize it. In fact he has no clue whatsoever that he is wearing a dog collar or that he says "huda~" when he is waken from a daydream.

Relationship with partner: Although he would never say it, he cares very deeply for Meagan and would protect her with his life. He thinks of her as a sister.
