Recycling a tank model from their old enemy? That's a sad tactic, even by Imperial standards, with good models like the IFT-X and TX-225A Occupier Tank.

Sad tactic? Most armies in the world used the enemies warmaschine before they could send their own reinforcments or newly build vehicles into the battlefield...its quiet normal actually.
Considering that the Galactic Empire and its Army and Navy had little not nothing to fight like the battles in the Clone Wars, this Tank is enough for occupation duties.
Designwise, its looks not strong.
