This is the Duluth Aerial lift bridge at night time.I took the picture playing with long exposures and moving the camera.
a little PS7 helped me with the colors

You really should scale down the full view, otherwise it's awesome. I love the effect that the slight movements gave to all of the details making it look like whisps of light and smoke at the top.
