I can only imagine, that looks like it took some serious work to do, it looks pretty unnatural even in the anime stylized drawing
I did colored lines for a while a long time ago and a lot of my friends thought I was doing lineless
Sometimes it looked good, other times it was kind of meh XD
(Well, even now it's meh because I was doing that stuff around two years ago now, it kinda sucks compared to my new stuff :'D)

My friends also really liked the picture ^^
