I wanted to try and give her an almost 'of nature' feel, with the spikes down her back thorn-like and once i submit a coloured version, I will only be using blushing pinks, forest greens, earthy browns with maybe just a little bit of 'not so natural' colours to still give that feeling of not so natural. Lol wow that was hard to try and explain, I hope you get it.
