A picture of one of my pet rats. Her name is Bambi and she is the most outgoing of the trio. I just had to keep her whiskers in the picture because they are so adorable!May upload the colour version a bit later as well as pictures of my other rats. We shall see

Holy shit! You have rats too? That's awesome! I opened this and immediately smiled, because I loved my rats! I never had girl rats, the people I knew that had girl rats had to deal with rat periods, and I didn't want that. More girls should totally be into rats. I love this.

uh... who told you rats had periods? they don't. their bodies don't have time for that since they come into heat every four days.
now spazing is something girls do very well. they are explorers and have very little time for snuggling... usually, tho i have had girls that like to snuggle.
btw, i am a rataholic who only keeps girls cuz i am allergic to boy fur. something about buck fur makes me itch.

i wonder if they meant the day they were in heat. every four days... you touch the girl on the backside and she arches her back, gets all stiff, and ears flutter like she is trying to fly with them. funniest thing in the world. but if they bleed it means there is something wrong inside, and i have had to deal with that too.

Female rats are the best in general..had 8 in total over several years and had no trouble at all.
