Antother StC redesign, this one more in the early stages. Alot of the original characters in the Fleetway seires felt way off from sonic, however, plunder, and two other characters I might be posting later, looks like perfect early drafts of the zeti. So I made this take on plunder, one of the more entertaining characters of the early comics.He's probably hiding his horn/horns under his hat.
