A prototype meant to re-purpose gizoid parts, Predicto, instead of copying techniques and abilities, he carries complete profiles on all of eggmans enemies and uses them to predict their actions, he is easily tripped up when his opponent isn't in his database or acts counter to their personality profile.

Redesign of a one-shot villain from StC. His overall design was solid but the ork face had to go, Surprisingly his general shape fit the bulkier gizoids from sonic chronicles so when I used that as the basis I was able to quickly find places to place the other elements of his design.
