took the reference picture - [link] ...Heidi, this was a drawing (one of the 18" x 24" 's we had to do for art - actually, my first -- that's why its so sloppy...) Sorry that the lines are so ...crosshatched - I did it in one night -- the night before it was due, of course... And, this is what happened...
I hope you like it though
Even if the idea isn't appealing to you or whatnot... 's already seen this like has... So it's nothing new... I hope you don't loathe it... And I certainly hope doesn't loathe it entirely...Oh, and I am really sorry that it came out so dark - I need to take pictures during the day - That would help a bit..

looking over your gallery I think this one is my favourite because it has so much emotion...and I like the linework too! the hair flows really well with the composition and I like how you made it sort of drip at the bottom. Are you applying to SCAD? ooh, you should apply to RISD...I really want to go to Brown (if i ever get in!) and be able to take classes there.

Oh, and I did this really quickly so there are many obvious mistakes... I did a portfolio session with SCAD and they really liked my "linework"... I guess its not that horrendous - but I am not going to brag about something that I did in one night that I anticipated as so much more.
