Something I made that I put off posting for quite a while. Eventually, I want to make posters for all the supporting cast that will feature in this story, and I wanted them all to follow a similar art style and unified theme, but several factors made me stop and rethink how I would accomplish that for a few reasons...

First off, this was SUPPOSED to be simple to make. This always happens. I get a little carried away with the detail, and get a little too spontaneous with the line work, and inevitably go overboard on the coloring and shading. Basically, I would not be able to make another poster like this in this style, consistently, because this is a new way of doing it for me. Smart. Real smart.

Second, I feel like the posters should convey, at first glance, what the characters are all about, what their personality is like, and what their role is in the story. Generally speaking, anyway. In this image, I feel Tails is a little too angry and aggressive, traits which for him are the exception, not his default. Really, more a consequence of his development as the conflict progresses. But I digress.

So yeah, I've gone back to the drawing board (hahahahhaha funny) and have a decent concept for what I'm gonna do to introduce all the new characters I've made to aid Tails on his journey to save his home world. Only a couple have even been mentioned in some of my earlier works in the descriptions, and only one has ever appeared in a proper picture. I'm going to endeavor to market this more appropriately, and not cop-out with some impressionistic concept art, as fun as that is to make. This story, and universe, has been in my mind for a long time. It's time to make it happen for real.

I hope you all will join me on this trip. Even with the limited content that I've put out for it, your support for the project so far has been heartwarming. It's sort of relieving to know that there are others out there, whether just Tails fans waiting for another setting featuring their favorite character, or aviation fanatics, looking for more airborne action, to know that there are others out there at all who would like to see more of this, brings that much more joy to my hobby.
