In RtN, Houkou is more of a "Finishing School" type. More into how she looks and what state her clothing is in, she sticks to long range combat and rides side saddle only. She is confident and secure, unfazed by flirting. She'll drag others into being responsible and keep them in line. She can be quite fussy.
