Description
So I was talking to mah Hummie one day about random stuff...like we always do and we got the idea to create fox siblings.
I ended up taking the male fox, while she took the female. Many thanks to my lub for suggesting this guys name. 
Thus..Rio. It sounded weird at first, but then it really just grew on me. As he was supposed to be based around the water element, Rio just worked...ya know..river. So myah. Anyhow..I liked how he turned out. Check out to see Rio's sister...which I've now edited into this description. Well, for me he looks a little bit cartoony.

It's a dark blue, but it's not saturated...so not really sure why that'd be.

But now I reached a conclusion that it would be hard to do shading it in, if he will have that dark colour. SHEESH...

It also based around the fact that he was supposed to offset his sister, which was done by Humingbird. His sister is white with dark blue markings, while he's dark blue, with white markings. So the colors were sort of predefined. Besides, if I venture too much into a dark region, he wouldn't be as blue, and end up looking more shadowy than watery

If he is supposed to remind his sister it will be better if ill shut up.
But if that so. You could give to him in some places very brightly blue colour. Tatoos or somethink, in blue. But i think tatoo in to his back will be looks not good. Maybe in to the LEFT hand.
Why not in back?
The most characters have tattoos on the back. It is becoming a little boring. On legs and hands it is already some change.
Or nowhere.

Tattoos can be over done though, which is why I tend not to draw them all that often. And they're only two shades on them. The white, and the dark blue.
