Nice! (I only say that because I draw horrible, FYI my first drawings in my gallery are obviously not my real drawings, well because my drawing style changed, and my scanner sucks!)

I think you made the clouds too low or the sea too high >>; Don't like how you did the wings. The wing shapes are good, but the colouring looks half assed. and I can't tell where his head is x_X IMO, this is my least fav of yours D: Colour it properly next time >>;

Color what properly? The entire piece was done with one brush on a tablet? And if you seriously can't tell where his head is, you need some help. I mean I know it's half assed, but it's EASILY visible. So either your vision sucks, or brain's leaked out your ears. ;3 I vote for option 2.

I used...some weird like brush that made it look like you were spilling paint. I used a filter for the background of the sky behind the clouds. Oddly enough, it's just Render Clouds lol. The water for the most part was created using Add Noise, and then a Motion Blur. That's about all the filters

Interesting, though I thought you used a filter to get that effect like "dry brush".
And the horizon should blend more with the sky, the white line between the two doesnt look natural.
