Look at the new typing Grass/Dragon, most dragons I've ever faced had huge Sp. Atk. .

But we know what the total stat change will be (+100 BST) and we have a decent sense of the limits to how those points may be allotted. Within those constraints, it is HIGHLY unlikely that Mega Sceptile will have any semblance of bulk.
