Description
This was inspired by a story about Napoleon Bonaparte I and him apparently wearing a poison vile around his neck at all times. It seems he intended to kill himself instead of being captured if it ever came to that. Obviously he never did take any poison, but regardless the vile was supposedly there.Anyway, I wanted to create a primitive assassin kit based on that story. All of the items are copper and all formed by hand and could have easily been made in the late 17, early 1800's.
Deer leather and copper.

Actually Napoleon did poison himself... he just took 10x the amount needed to kill a normal person, and his body rejected it, so he didnt die. His ego saved his life.
Now with a brief history lesson over, this is a very cool concept!

Hah, no kidding? It would be like him to over do it, right? Was that during his first exile in 1814 or his second in 1815 after his short lived return?

Before he first landed on Elba, approximately April 13th. (he landed on Elba on May 4th of the same year; 1814)

Nice design. Just remember don't eat with ant parts after using it.

Thanks. When I demonstrated this for my class one semester I use vinegar and baking soda...for some reason everyone seemed a bit nervous afterwards, haha.
