Women can be handsome.Women can be strong.
Women can be tall.
Women can be "manly"
And you know what? They don't even "have to be" a lesbian to be all of that.
I know a girl who shoved some cocky teenage boy up against the wall by his neck because he was pissing her off. She dated my cousin, also a male.
The point is, don't define someone because of their gender and personality. Men can be feminine too. I've got a stamp about that as well.

I am athletic, tall, played with trucks, work "men" jobs and still feel just as feminine.

These are hard truths that are nonetheless hard on me at times.
Some of us feel painfully incomplete without that feminity, and the idea that it's technically an "unnecessary component" just makes it rougher. At worst, someone will assert that we can be "good enough as we are"...
It's hard to explain and usually not worthwhile to try. And yet the statements as-you-made-them still stand. It's just something we gotta deal with.
