Quirk: Chipmunk
He can turn into a chipmunk and do anything a chipmunk to do. However switching from chipmunk to bipedal person is very taxing on energy so he can only switch to one every few hours, causing him to often have to remain in chipmunk form for a while. Much like any rodent, his metabolism is always in hyperdrive so he's constantly eating to keep his energy up. The more he eats, the more energy he has.
