Finally gotten back to Photoshop after 3-4 years of not doing it.I know this won't be my best one nor I know it doesn't stand out as well but just had fun getting back to it and realize how much I missed it.
Now it the time to practice much as I can again now.

Really cool watery looking effects. Β It's definitely cool. For some reason, because I'm an oddball, I laughed because all of the "splash" effects kind of make it look like you're just sinking down into the water... but you're totally cool about it because of the sunglasses hahahah
