Runaway Cyclone- Lapis Lazuli Mermaid can form the water to make large waterspout that sucks up the opponent and leaves them to the mercy of the wind and the waves

Personality:
Arika is very cautious of using her powers unless she absolutely has to as her powers lingering effects tend to not be good for the local environment. She takes being a senshi seriously as it was always her dream to be a superhero as a child. Arika prefers to work alone in all situations and prefers the company of aquatic animals to anyone else. If forced to work in teams she prefers to work in the back lines to make sure minimal damage occurs.
