on the 22th of august i was chatting with yathosho, when i had the sudden idea to remix the great escape pack.so i did.
all the presets were done on the 22th and 23th with some minor tweaks today, except for fürbit which is quite an oldie, but it was never released before.
014 is from since t(h)en.
also it looks like it's yath birthday today, so i thought this would make a nice present (you're officially old now dude i hope you know that j/k)...i hope he likes atleast the half of it, but... whatever.
this might end up as a DA.com exclusive, but if enough people like it, i might publish it at visbot too.

I've Got to be honest I don't like a couple of these, pulling out these tricks and fürbitfür lack the appeal of the originals. They also don't seem to be vastly effected by the tone of the music they are visualising.
Having said that there are some beutiful remixes in here. vb plankton (Panton) is well composed, cirlefil (lifecycles) and luvcloud (interieur) are seriously chilled and use limited colour very well. bitfur (bittersweet) is also v. sweet using the disharmony of lo-fi effects excellently.
Even though this is a mixed bag in my eyes, I've got to give it a fav. because when its right in this pack its very right.

noepuzzla remix...is...the....ahmostgorgeous preset i have seen in a while.
cirlefil and bitfür remixes are also reallly smoooth. i loved these a lot!!

This pack is pretty cool. I'm not a fan of the grid sliding/rotating over another grid presets... but the rest is pretty cool.
the shading in luvcloud is awesome...

nice, i think this is the first time i've seen a full-pack remix release like this. some presets are kinda weak, but most are really nice. my favourites are cirlefil, yel sav ryiot (you should get rid of the text and border imo), pulling out these old tricks remix (a bit too fast tho), vb plankton, and neopuzzla.

Circlefil looks cool, even though it often whites out entirely for me (400x300, ~10fps)

bitfür (bitasweet), vb plankton (panton) and redesign from scratch.
