Day 31- Risk - Togepi using Metronome

Decided to do Togepi using Metronome since Metronome is a very risky move, you could have pretty much any Pokemon move be used with metronome - it could be an amazing move like Hydro cannon or just Splash.

Wow, this is my final piece for Inktober 2021 ;0. I can’t believe it’s finally over, I had a lot of fun doing it, however, this isn’t the final online art challenge for me - I’m doing tsubember hydrokinesis890clampverse.tumb… in December, so keep your eyes peeled for art for that challenge.
