Great shot!
however, I feel a little confused when looking at this shot : there is a strong diagonal emanating from the vineyard (?), that makes it captivating, while the upper part, with its color and the mountain shapes disappearing, equally captivates the attention.
As the two parts have the same area, there is a conflict on what is the main subject here.
So I suggest, to give more impact, that you reduce the sky part, with the help of the famous rule of third.
Finally, I regret that the silhouette is not visible enough, for being smaller than the trees.
But on that, you couldn't do much.
That aside, exactly as you said, the right place at the right time.
The picture has wonderful colors, hot and vibrant.
The whole is brilliant!

Thank you for your critique. I really appreciate it!
I couldn't do anything for the diagonal from the vineyard but I'll follow your suggestion and as soon as I can I will reduce the amount of sky!
Thanks again!

It's a long shot... I hope it works out as I thought. Anyway, it is worth a try.
I'll wait for the next issue

Do you hear, my love, light of my eyes,
the delicate sound of this breeze,
the soft singing of the autumn wind?
Come on let's go, it's harvest time!

Nice shot, I like the vineyards hill and the foggy backyard ! Is this a Tuscany landscape or that place is from another part of Italy ?

You're welcome. Β
Yes, I see where it is located by searching on the web. I asked you because IΒ was in Italy for a school travel
more than ten years ago and I visited Firenze, San Gimignano and Sienna. It was so interesting and I was
impressed by the beauty of monuments, paintings (ma che bella galleria degli Uffizi, la Primavera de Botticelli e una meravigliosa !) and the landscapes, vineyards hills of the Chianti country whichΒ are very similar to your photo.
I had to come back some day in Italia to discover other parts of this beautiful land.

This place should be visited but not in summer, cause it's a smallΒ village and there are too much tourists.
I would like to visit the Church with the statue of the archangel St-Michel on the top, it's so big and beautiful !

When this pic came up, my eye was immediately draw to the figure, so I think that part of the criticism was unfair.
