i use that "technique" i guess quite a lot in my anims to make the impresion of the head spreading out slightly from the neck when sliding through floors (:

when it wasnt double framed it was a bit too fast for me....but when it was double framed it looked like it stopped in mid-air!

Although, I think maybe you should try and add more bounce to the figure, as in, not just bounce that low and slide, it'd look better :3
