Description
Rolan walked unabated, and shone foot at length, to the place of the Triumvir
Sphinx. Unwizardly was his stature, though equipped well enough, with
contraptions of the Pomarkeens ilk, waterwander-gear, and -of course- harpoons
for the hoversharks.
He was uncertain of the guardians' predeliction to brook comfortable discourse with an untouched ruffian as he. Perhaps the mad bound spirit aggregation would grand a boon of some sort, at any rate, it could be a most untidy bargain. He worried that it (rather the being thus spoke of as the Triumvir Sphinx...*) would be p'raps nothing but a stuttering eikon written on the land.
It was just as well. These things were that kind of fickle.
As he crested the ridge wind blew'pon his face he set the 'riddlehead' hot to query the scenery.
A riddlehead is an armyard (meter) long contraption, made from the binding of a minor spirit capable of precognition, some intricate orichalcum and other wizardly constructive engineering.
(A)'round him as he spoke to the places meaning the riddlehead said:
"Cease yuirrrrr walkin' there Mssr Rolan'-- Y' I see a cowaaarrt thou-art, and not ready to tread-"
"Greengrass Bled." Rolan' said.
And the 'traption (most surely) dead-ceased.
He stopped, though note at one 'foresaid moment, and queried yon' scene a bit more than a'fore.

Yep, nowhere near sphincters for any purpose, perhaps that is what it needs, more sphincter. Thanks for the comment.
