Really nice concept.
Looks very finished. Its definately a poster for print.
I think clouds balance it really well, gives a little aesthetic touch.
I agree with Kikando on the tap being thinner.
and yes, Type goes with the graphic really well too.
Arial rounded or Helvetica rounded?

No.They look good.I think it adds to the visual.
Try adding some water drops on the picture.Like how it appears when the lens of the camera gets wet.Itll increase the 'wetness'of the visual.

I love the concept! I think the clouds in the background aren't totally necessary, but it still works really well!
