's cousin's character for A New Friend and Radia's partner in crime. I kind of revamped her so I'll need the okay from her on the design. I also need this info from her:

Bio: At an early age Star grew up with a fairly normal family, until she turned 10 and found a picture of her dad with another family. Curiosity getting the better of her she searched her father on the internet and found out that at one point he had been married to another woman and had a son. She also found that the women Jessica Williams was deceased , and that her half-brother Ark Williams had been a ward of the state, and was currently working as a Record Keeper for the Government. (Arks cover job). Finding his current residence Star packed her bags and left during the middle of the night to met her half-brother for the first time. Upon meeting Ark for the first time she was met with confusion. Having been abandoned by his father at age 7, Ark had no clue as to what life his father now lead nor did he actually care, but as Star began pleading with him. He eventually relented and decided that even though he had no interest in his father he could at least get to know his half-sister. Stars family freaking out at their daughter missing, called the police and local media and start a search for Star. Eventually they track her to Arks home, where he is then accused of kidnapping. In court, Star convinced the jury that Ark was innocent and that she went to him of her own free will. She also demanded he get visitation rights so she could get to know her brother. The judge did not grant him this because he was only a half sibling and she had both her parents alive and well. After the case though, her mother convinced her father to allow her to visit Ark on weekends and opened an invitation for Ark to come visit them.
