Sailor Wells is a Time Traveler. Sailor Pluto is not this senshi's biggest fan, because Bertie uses technology to avoid using the Chronos Gate. Sailor Wells loves to jump across era to study the past to determine the best course of action in the future, but she gets stuck in the past as her time travel capabilities are shorted out accidently by her little tripod. She is never afraid of a fight, but would rather avoid battles and wars to begin with. When not in her fuku, Bertie loves dice games and loves to tinker with electronics. She's a local IT tech for Tokyo University and gets strange looks as she comments, "How retro is this!?" She if followed around by her little tripod name is Herbert ( he is a Mini Martian from War of Worlds). His laser, the same one that shorted her time travel device, didn't do well during their last trip and random flickers on and off. He often "lasers" the man in Bertie's life, which are many because she is big flirt. Also, she lives to play D&D and other dice games. You won't see her LARPing, but she is usually muttering that "the dice are trying to kill me".

Powers:

Refractive Index Engage: Sailor wells links up her two neon cuffs and that activates her ability to absorb and reflect no light, thus becoming temporarily invisible.

Exceptional Success: Sailor Wells rolls a handful of multi sided dice (d10, d6, d8, ect). And as long as she doesn't "botch" (rolling a critzero) little Herbert multiples in size times the largest die.

Beast Within Growl: Sailor Wells awakens the natural beast within herself. With a roar and a swipe, she can potential shred a yoma in one move.

Rapid Atomic Blast: Sailor Wells KNOWS she has this move, but refuses to uses to use it. After visiting the atomic bomb sites in Japan, she was devastated by the loss and destruction. Although she will arm the devise in a threat to use it, she ultimately will deactivate praying no baddie will ever call her bluff.

Drawing:
Wells is one of the fathers of Science fiction along with Jules Verne and others, thus the futuristic look. I'll not lie. She was inspired by Tron! Much Much. I am not at all happy with how she turned out. The image in my head just did not translate and by the time I realized I wasn't going to make it - I ran out of time. Poo. I wanted her bows to be energy like wisps. . . . yeah, just came out messy. And I did like the legs, but the color wasn't as bright as I wanted. Again, I didn't like it much. Her powers and interests are based off of HG wells books (The Time Machine, Invisible Man, The Island of Doctor Moreau, Little Wars, A World Set Free, and War of Worlds.) Copics, Prisma pencils, and Gel Pen.

I used 's doll for the inspiration of the pose. Not traced, just viewed. I wanted to try a new style. But, I don't think I'll stick with it. Although you should check out that page if you like doll bases. Amazing. Just saying.
