Well, first render the scene from 2 view points, that are slightly apart. Then in the left image, reduce blue and green levels to 0,0 for input and output. The in the right image, zero out levels for red. Finally, place the left image on top of the right one, and merge the 2 images together with screen mode

Ahh, dang it all to hell! I don't have any red/blue glasses..
