Ruri Rinko is Kamen Rider Mind, one of the protagonist of Kamen Rider RE: Dux ~Proxy Origins~. Ruri is Ruriko 's and Asuka 's counterpart in the Reload World.

• Ruri Rinko: Ruri is a veteran Kamen Rider, having been Kamen Rider Mind for four years, as well as being Tanaka 's old friend. Visiting to help Tanaka defeat Kaijins and grow accustomed to being a Kamen Rider, Ruri becomes concern when Tanaka reveals having vision of an unknown silver and green Rider . Ruri is later greeted by Kamen Rider Reload , who warns her to be wary of the silver and green Rider. When Ruri witness Tanaka/Tachibana transform into Kamen Rider Redux, she initial attacks while believing Tanaka has done something dangerous. Ruri nearly tried to finish off Tachibana when he reveals that Tanaka no longer exist, but pulled back at the last moment. They agree to confront Reload, believing they know more than they are letting on.

After Tachibana and Reload came to an agreement, Ruri asked what would become of her after the Rider Worlds are restored to their state before Reload World. Reload relays her Ruriko counterpart's motivation to restore the Worlds to their pre-Multiveral Reset timeline, though Tachibana offer the possibility that Ruri is his mentor's Asuka counterpart and comments about her achievements. Ruri expressed nervousness and anticipation of what will happen next as she is reverted back along with the Reload World.
