I love the colors on it, parts of it brilliant orange/red while others of it dark. I am not entirely certain why there is half a womans face, more predominantly an eyeball in the corner of it, that doesnt seem to need to be there. I especially love the abstract idea of the phone lines and satalite dishes in the background, indicating that despite there being many forms of communications, it still feels like you cannot connect with anyone. Maybe I am reading too much into it *lol*

Wow! Very interesting and very dramatic to look at, you've mixed a lot of elements here and you've composed them greatly!
I love the colors and that almost glowing hand on the window, and I wonder if that girl wants to get out or if she's waiting for someone to come in... Also a nice detail with the thin orange line border

Its interesting how you titled it, and the feeling you put into this, is pretty much how I felt when I was standing there. Feeling trapped in my lil safe haven, I put up walls around myself so high, I dont see much but a pin hole for a sky at the top.....I feel trapped all the time......but I put myself there, so I cant really complain. Id rather feel trapped and deal with the claustrophobia, then risk the pain of getting burned...
I stand there watching the world go by, sometimes wishing I was on the outside looking in, then I see what happens to people on the outside. ....so I stay.
only one tiny suggestion for this.....can Brad Pitt be the fireman that rescues me??

Your picture was perfect and the whole picture for me explained almost the same as what you just said right then. ..except now I don't feel so trapped anymore and it gave me a bit of inspiration, along with a friend to write a poem (and I SUCK at poems...but it was my release)

this looks like it could be a tribute to firemen or something. really well done. nice shade of red. however, this i can relate to. it seems like all of your pain and anger came out in this piece. i have felt like i was burning up insde as well. makes you feel alone just like the girl in the image. very meaningful piece babe! most definitely

well, art is emotion, whether you realize it or not. you as the artist can make people feel certain emotions just by the colors you use or by the location of say fire and what not. contrast also plays a big part. i read this book on designing that went into all of the things i just mentioned plus some and it has really, really tought me a lot. there is a reason for everything, thats the number one point. GREAT WORK!!
